Chem-Pruf® exclusively designs and builds a one piece stile and rail and integrally molded window and louver opening. Chem-Pruf® offers an unconditional 25 year warranty against failure due to corrosion. Chem-Pruf® also builds successful gel coated industrial FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer) louvers, aerodynamic in shape, modular in design and field alterable (PAT). 

Chem-Pruf® was the first FRP manufacturer to mold a solid all-fiberglass frame. Chem-Pruf® is accepted by the USDA/FDA for food contact and received the FIRST patent issued from the U.S. Patent Office for Atmosphere Resistant Doors.

Integrally molded into every product manufactured by Chem-Pruf® is a 25 mil resin-rich, gel coat finish. Equal to 50-60 coats of paint, this smooth, glossy finish offers the first line of defense against environmental and chemical attack. It also provides near permanent color, making color selection a significant part of the order process. You should never need to paint Chem-Pruf® doors, frames, louvers or accessories; therefore, it is important that you select a color which meets your long term requirements.
